• Returns are limited to vape devices (hardware) only and must be initiated within 3 calendar days of purchase (or delivery for online orders), unused, in original packaging, with receipt.

• Venue for any permitted court action will be in that state’s competent courts.

• Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.

• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
